Pete and his team did a fantastic job with our house renovation taking the house pretty much back to its shell and core, remodelling the floorplan and adding a loft extension and en-suite in the roof. It was a big job and we needed someone who could manage the entire project for us whilst we were based 4500 miles away! From the first meeting with Pete we were impressed with his professionalism and detailed estimate (and honesty that there would likely be a few surprises on the way - of which there were plenty). However Pete and everyone we met from his team were a pleasure to deal with and kept in constant contact throughout always giving us options and advice when needed. The project was to convert a cold and tired conservatory into an extension to my terraced house. Pete Westmoreland of Urban Developments (Gosport) and his team of very skilled, professional, cheery and tidy builders, even though they were working in cramped conditions and not the best of weather, achieved the project to a high standard and I now have a beautiful warm addition to my home. I thought this an appropriate time to pen a thank you to you and your guys for the work you undertook for us this year. Yes, we both realise that we hit a few hurdles along the way which probably extended the original estimate for completion but the complexity of the build and the various different factors involved, in hindsight, probably added to this. All this being said the quality of the workmanship from the original ground break through to the finished product is excellent and both Sue and I are overjoyed with the result. The hardship of losing the living space for a period was definitely worth it and the upheaval we remember is lessens daily.
