Our wider workforce measures its combined experience in centuries, not decades. We bring more than 250 years of construction knowledge to property refurbishments, home renovations, property extensions and new build projects in Fareham, Swanmore and Hampshire.

From this solid foundation, we create full, bespoke solutions covering all aspects of building work.

To supplement this practical experience, our company and personnel also hold various credentials too. In addition to our FMB membership, this includes NICEIC certification, Gas Safe registration and various NVQ qualifications. The latter includes those in building, carpentry and electrical services.

Like all reputable new home builders, Urban Developments (Gosport) Ltd operates in Hampshire with the appropriate levels of employer liability, public liability and contractor liability insurance. We honour the manufacturer’s warranty for all products used, and we provide defects liability based on FMB contracts. For added reassurance, you can purchase an FMB warranty at an additional cost.
